Cyprus house price index rises 2%
The House Prices Index (HPI) in Cyprus amounted to 113.71 units for the first quarter of 2025, recording an increase of 2% compared to the corresponding quarter of 2024, according to preliminary data published on Friday by the Statistical Service of Cyprus (CyStat).
