On Saturday, Venezuelan Cardinal Baltazar Porras denounced that the country's authorities prevented him from travelling to the town of Isnotú ( Trujillo state, west), where he planned to attend a mass this Sunday for the birth of doctor José Gregorio Hernández, the first saint in the South American country, who was born there.
