An alternative road service has been launched after a hit-and-run forced the suspension of traffic.
Train traffic is interrupted on the R2 Sud, R14, R15, R16 and R17 lines between Vilanova i la Geltrú (Garraf) and Sant Vicenç de Calders (Baix Penedès) following a collision at an unauthorized crossing point located between the Cubelles and Vilanova i la Geltrú stations. According to RENFE, although initially trains were experiencing delays, it was finally decided to completely cut off traffic between these two points.
