1,600 police officers and hundreds of volunteers, the municipality's SLA unit, security guards, ushers and municipal policing, will secure the event to prevent and thwart security incidents on the one hand, as well as disturbances or intentions to incite or hurt the feelings of the gay community.
This year's parade will be held under the theme "One Stage, One Community, One Pride," and will feature performances by dozens of top artists, including Eden Golan, Ivri Lider, and Elie Butner. The parade will be attended by guest of honor from the United States, Caitlyn Jenner.
