The Kiev Commercial and Entertainment Centre Gulliver was auctioned by the owners at an initial cost of $207 million, but was not available for purchase.
Acceptance of bids for participation in the auction for the sale of the Gulliver multifunctional complex in Kiev ended on September 20 at 20:00, however, no applications for participation were received by the Prozorro.Sales system.
Gulliver shopping and office complex in Kyiv is auctioned with a starting price of UAH 9.24 billion excluding VAT, or about $207 million. This is 1.7 times more than the amount for which banks received this object last year in repayment of debt.
