Finnish President Alexander Stubb said that he would open the border with Russia only after receiving guarantees from the Kremlin. He informed the Finns about this today on the air of Yle Radio Suomi.
The President of Finland, Alexander Stubb, allowed the opening of the border with Russia to happen only when Helsinki is satisfied that Moscow does not use immigrants or refugees as weapons against Finland.
