Czech Post has started distributing handbooks to households explaining how to prepare for emergencies such as floods, tornadoes, fires or outages of essential services. The Ministry of the Interior has had over five million of them printed. The post office is to distribute them to all households. This is the largest information campaign of the state so far aimed at increasing the preparedness of the population for crisis situations.
