The Modivo Group increased revenue by 4% in the first half of 2026, to PLN 5.48 billion, but simultaneously significantly worsened its operating and net profit. The Modivo segment itself recorded a 10.9% decline in sales, to PLN 1.52 billion. Despite the lower revenue, the segment's EBITDA increased by 12.2%, to PLN 104.1 million.
The Modivo Group ended the second quarter of the 2026/27 financial year with a net loss of PLN 204 million. The results were impacted, among other things, by write-downs related to Worldbox and Modivo.com totaling PLN 557.4 million.
