The State Attorney's Office has filed an indictment against two minors, aged 15 and 16, who are accused of conspiring to rob an electric scooter in Petah Tikva in order to sell it and split the money. According to the indictment, they equipped themselves with a large knife and pepper spray in advance, blocked the rider's path, sprayed him with pepper spray and fled with the scooter.
