World court station No. 178 of the Pushkin district of Petersburg fined 100,000 rubles of journalist and activist Wadim Waganov on the protocol on "the promotion of LGBT" (art. 6.21, para. 3), reported by Peterburgers themselves and Parni+, with which he cooperates. The protocol against Vaganov was drafted on 17 May because of the post: it was dedicated to the International Day against Homophobia, Biophobia and Transphobia.
