The president of the LR presented his recipe to encourage work and allow the French to earn more, made from "zero contributions" beyond 35 hours, to cap 70% of the Smic social assistance and to relaunch the reform of the unemployment benefit. "We have to change completely. We will have to overthrow the table," warns Bruno Retailleau.
