The business entity rejected the decision of the highest court to rescind a ruling that had suspended the application of article 154 of DNU 70/2023, by which the Government of Javier Milei abrogated the restrictions established by the Land Law. It argued that the Court did not rule on the constitutionality of the measure, but rather gave rise to a question of legitimacy.
