The Boulevard Terrazas de Maipú, which belonged to the Jepsen estate of the González Jepsen family, had requested its judicial reorganization in 2023, but its creditors rejected it and demanded its compulsory liquidation in April of that year, only two months after the Cinépolis chain, its largest client, opened seven cinemas there.
