EU regulations for large AI models have come into force since Saturday. Tech companies benefit from numerous exceptions. There should only be real tests in one year.

The Commissioner for Human Rights (RPO) announced that the government has taken into account some of his comments, including the GDPR's obligations for the proposed Artificial Intelligence Commission. The problem is that this body was supposed to be operational by Saturday, while the bill establishing it is still being processed.
