The municipal executive seeks to incorporate Uber, DiDi and other mobility platforms into Rosario’s regulations. The initiative establishes requirements for drivers and vehicles, specific insurance and a flexible rate scheme for trips requested through applications. In the case of taxis taken on the street, the council will continue to set the rate.
