The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MAE) informs the Romanian citizens who are located, transits or intends to travel to the Republic of Bulgaria on the fact that, for the period 18 December, at 08:00 - 08 January 2026, at 08:00, the Bulgarian authorities will open the movement of both traffic signals for all categories of vehicles on the Russian-Giurgius Bridge.
