"The Mobondo Have Never Left": in the Western Part of the Democratic Republic of the Congo, This Group Still Raging Despite the Official Speech

The Mobondo group has been spreading terror since 2022 in the provinces of Kwilu, Kwango, Mai-Ndombe and in some peripheral areas of Kinshasa. Originally, a land conflict between two communities, the Teke and Yaka, has degenerated into armed violence.
