If ministers were to avoid public confrontation during interpellations in the Chamber of Deputies for a long time, they would lose a fifth of their monthly salary. The Pirates are trying to enforce this rule as part of a planned change to the rules of procedure of the lower house. The only excuse would be participation in foreign trips.
