The Court of Justice of Marseille sentenced three companies of an investor running as a real estate coach to €440,000 in civil fines for six furnished tourists operated without permission. The property has to recover a use of housing within fifteen days, while the City has more than €1.3 million in rentals between 2022 and 2025.
