The Municipal Autonomous Government of El Alto and the Ministry of Education signed an agreement that guarantees the installation of 312 Starlink antennas in educational units of the municipality, for access to satellite internet. El Alto Mayor Eliser Roca explained that the installation of these antennas in educational units of the municipality will improve the learning conditions of the student population.
