On the very day of his re-election, the mayor of Arcachon, Yves Foulon, was seen in a video, uttering insults and threats against an elected opposition ecologist, Vital Baude. After a hearing on 29 April by the police, the edile was notified of a summons to the Bordeaux correctional court, in particular for the threat of crime or crime, violence and non-public insults.
After the attack filmed by Vital Baude, an environmental opponent of Arcachon City Hall, the Bordeaux Public Prosecutor's Office announced this Thursday, April 30th that the trial of Yves Foulon will be held on July 1st.
