As avian influenza continues to evolve across North America, it is only right that we turn our attention to the fact that migratory breeding birds will soon be returning to Canada in great numbers, using historical flyways.  To practice good biosecurity protocols in protecting domestic poultry and wild birds, we need to have a serious discussion regarding next moves.  Where are we presently?
