Moscow Plays Down Trump’s Claims of Agreement

"Right now, there is talk of a trilateral meeting, of a meeting between Putin and Zelensky. But specifically, as far as I know, there was no agreement between Putin and Trump on this," Kremlin foreign policy aide Yuri Ushakov said.
Since the Alaska Summit between Donald Trump and Vladimir Putin, there has been speculation about a bilateral meeting between Kremlin leader and Ukraine president Selenskyi. Experts are not enthusiastic about the idea and are alarming. Therefore, Selenskyi should not meet the Russian president.
According to the Russian government, there are no concrete plans for a meeting between Putin, Selensky and Trump. The US President had envisaged such a meeting.
Russia rejects Trump's statements on a planned tripartite summit with Selensky and stresses that there is "no concrete agreement." Observers accuse Moscow of delaying negotiations in order to continue the war.
