The Minister of Defense, Pedro Sánchez, this Saturday rejected the kidnapping of soldiers, police and CTI agents held by the ELN in Arauca, and warned that the Colombian State will not cease its efforts to return them to their families. The official's statement coincided with the first anniversary of the kidnapping of CTI agents Jesús Antonio Pacheco Viedo and Rodrigo Antonio López, held by that armed organization for exactly one year.
