I don’t know about you, but I personally don’t see any surprise that Trump has certified Venezuela as a nation that fulfils its commitments in drug control thanks, among other things, to “the arrest and removal of former illegitimate dictator and drug trafficker Nicolás Maduro.” And much less, we should be surprised that he has decertified Colombia for the second consecutive year in this fight against drugs for “probably failed” in this mission …
