TUXTLA GUTIÉRREZ, Chiapas; August 8, 2026.- In view of the new forms of cybercrime, the Ministry of People's Security (SSP), headed by Oscar Alberto Aparicio Avendaño, through the State Cyber Guard, is promoting dissemination campaigns in educational institutions and official channels to inform about the risks of “infinite scrolling” and thereby prevent behaviour that undermines the integrity and heritage of children, young people and adults.
