On Thursday, the Governor of Hasakeh, Nouruddin Ahmed, issued a number of decisions on the establishment of temporary councils for a number of municipalities in rural governorate, with a view to conducting their work and exercising their powers and competencies in accordance with the laws and regulations in force, pursuant to the decision of the Ministry of Local Administration and the Environment, pending the holding of local council elections.
