The Commissions of Justice, Security, Constitutional Affairs, Labour Legislation and Budget, issued the opinion of the draft law to create the Prison Service of the City of Buenos Aires and its corresponding legal regime. They hope that it will be adopted at the next session, convened for Thursday. This bill, added to the opinion raised last week.
The initiative had the impetus of the official PRO, Union for the Homeland, La Libertad Avanza and the UCR, among other blocs, which contributed proposals to the final text. Its approval is expected this Thursday.
