The government will provide irrigation water to farmers free of charge by taking over the payment of the water fee from farmers in the amount of approximately 10 billion forints, said István Nagy, Minister of Agriculture.
"I say this with a heavy heart, but I am realistic. I think that within ten years a large part of the country will cease to produce wine.
