The French Are Torpedoing the Completion of Dukovany. But They Themselves Admitted that They Cannot Guarantee the Price or the Deadline.

The Czech Republic accuses France of wanting to torpedo its project of new nuclear reactors at the Dukovany plant, since the European Commission has seized the file through its French vice-president in charge of industrial strategy, Stéphane Séjourné.
