On Rosenmontag, the parade traditionally starts at 1.11 p.m. from Konrad-Adenauer-Platz. The parade route leads from a total of about four kilometers over the Erlbruch, then to the right towards Kaiserwall, Grafenwall, Kurfürstenwall, Herzogswall and Königswall.
