The police picked up Calin Georgescu from his house in Mogosoaia on Tuesday evening and took him, handcuffed, to the Central Arrest of the Capital. In front of the house, his supporters fled the law enforcement forces when the former presidential candidate was taken to the police car. Other sympathizers gathered at the headquarters of the arrest, where the gendarmes mounted fences and formed a cordon, reports Digi24.
