The fire that spread from the Konjic area to Hansko polje above Rujište, northeast of Mostar, has been brought under control in recent days, but is still not completely extinguished. Hasan Đipa, deputy commander of the Mostar City Professional Fire Department, told Fena that there is no longer any open flame at the fire site, but the terrain is still smoldering, with mostly grass burning, causing the entire area to be extremely smoky.
