The European Commission has reimbursed the State Agricultural Intervention Fund (SZIF) for subsidies of 204 million crowns that the Czech fund sent to the Agrofert holding in May. The fund announced this to the Czech News Agency (ČTK) today. However, the reimbursement of subsidies by Brussels does not mean that Andrej Babiš cannot be in a conflict of interest.
