A court has sentenced the editorial staff of Taftish.uz and former officers of the State Security Service, human rights activist Abdurakhmon Tashanov reported. According to the verdict of a closed court session, the editor-in-chief of the publication Gayrat Aberayev was sentenced to 10 years and 6 months in prison, and journalist Marzhona Eshquvatova to 4 years and 1 month.
