The deputy spokesperson of the Democrat Party pointed out that in the second phase of the Bangkok Bike Sharing project, the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA) will not receive compensation for granting rights as before. He observed that this favors private companies, fails to address the needs of Bangkok residents, and creates obligations for the next BMA administration.
