A few days before the deadline for the first installment of motor vehicle tax, a third of those liable have not paid their taxes. The Estonian Tax and Customs Board (MTA) reminds that at least half of the annual tax must be paid by Monday, June 16th at the latest.
The Superintendency of Tax Administration (SAT) reported that payment of the Tax on Vehicle Movement Tax for fiscal year 2025 can be made. Although the deadline is July 31st, the authorities recommend not to wait until the last days to avoid agglomerations and falls in the system.
