The Krasnodar Regional Court has officially confirmed that Andrey Razin, former producer of “Tender May”, cannot be considered the band's songwriter. The court sided with Svetlana Shatunova, the widow of the band's former soloist Yuri Shatunov, and overturned the 2007 decision that granted Razin's copyright. All this time, the former producer claimed that he was a songwriter.
