The highest court rejected CECIM’s claim against the article that repealed the Rural Lands Act for lack of legitimacy. It clarified that it did not rule on the constitutionality of the DNU and challenged the courts that enable proceedings without a “case or dispute”.
The highest court overturned the decision of the Federal Chamber of La Plata considering that the CECIM was not entitled to promote collective action in defence of territorial sovereignty.
