The non-final judgment of the Commercial Court in Split, issued on June 30 this year, rejected the claim and revoked the payment order that ordered Adria Steel to pay the Zagreb-based company CE-ZA-R Recycling Center EUR 350,334 with default interest. CE-ZA-R must also pay Adria Steel EUR 350,334 with default interest within fifteen days.
