Bad news came from the court for the 54-year-old Amper Electric and group companies, who requested the concordat to overcome the financial bottleneck. The 3rd Istanbul Commercial Court of First Instance ruled on the bankruptcy of three companies separately.

Three companies, including 54-year-old Amper Elektrik, which sought bankruptcy protection due to financial difficulties, have gone bankrupt. Non-performing loans have exceeded 838 billion TL, while the number of bankrupt companies has surpassed 1000.

The expected recovery did not materialize for the three companies that entered into bankruptcy proceedings to overcome their financial difficulties. The court ruled that the companies, including Amper Elektrik, which has been operating for over half a century, should be declared bankrupt.
