The international Gourmand Awards are being presented this week in Estoril, Portugal. The cookbook Feast of the Vikings won first prize in the Nordic cuisine category. The Gourmand Awards have been awarded for 30 years for cookbooks worldwide. The authors of the book are historian Kristbjörn Helgi Björnsson, photographer Karl Peterson and chef Úlfar Finnbjörnsson.
