The Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle (PDIP) considers Gibran Rakabuming Raka's nomination as vice presidential candidate in 2024 to be fraught with power interference, referring to the Constitutional Court's ruling on age and education requirements.
PDIP requested that the General Elections Commission (KPU) be given space to investigate the facts clearly and determine the form of responsibility within its authority following the Constitutional Court's findings regarding Gibran's diploma.
