Coalition MPs approved an amendment to the budget rules on Tuesday (October 6) that relaxes the terms of the budget provisional. 76 MPs voted for the final version of the proposal, including the amendment by Daniel Karas (Smer-SD). Is this a back door for the governing coalition, which may be thinking that it will not be able to find the necessary 76 to approve the budget?

The coalition is changing the functioning of the provisional budget, i.e. the regime that will occur if Slovakia does not have an approved budget for next year.
