[Tokyo] The Centrist Reform Coalition decided at its standing executive committee meeting on the 18th to allow its members to vote independently in the gubernatorial election to be held on September 13th. Secretary-General Takeshi Kai explained, "We have concluded that it is acceptable for individual members of parliament to express their stances and take action from their respective positions."
