Eliane Calmann-Lévy claims in "the World" on Thursday that Fayard, "the JDD" and Europe 1 are being repatriated to the billionaire Breton, in order to avoid their ideological line from including his publishing house.
Eliane Calmann-Lévy, shareholder of the publishing house of the same name, believes that "the nationalist right-wing coloration and Russian tropism" of these Vivendi subsidiaries are detrimental to the interests of Hachette Livre.
Eliane Calmann-Lévy, a minority shareholder of the Calmann-Lévy editions, controlled by Hachette Livre, believes in Le Monde that, in order "to ease a stressful and unproductive situation, while allowing free expression, the best solution would be to resell Fayard, Le JDD and Europe 1 to the Bolloré group".
