Keke Palmer's 'The Burbs' Renewed for Season 2
- On Monday, Peacock renewed its mystery comedy series The 'Burbs for a second season, starring and executive produced by Keke Palmer.
- Since its launch on Super Bowl Sunday, Feb. 8, the series has generated more than 1.7 billion viewing minutes and achieved the highest Day 1 viewership for a Peacock original.
- Universal Studio Group's UCP produces the series, created by Celeste Hughey and Rachel Shukert, with an ensemble cast including Jack Whitehall, Julia Duffy, and Paula Pell.
- "We're so thrilled that audiences loved season one," said Lisa Katz, President, Scripted Content at NBC and Peacock, noting viewers will return to Hinkley Hills.
