Due to torrential rains in Jammu and Kashmir, many drains are overflowing in Mendhar sector of Poonch. Due to heavy rains, some roads have been completely washed away. The situation is such that these roads cannot be repaired immediately. The use of boats is also not possible, so people have started taking the help of JCB for their daily work.
