  • In recent months, Moscow has intensified attacks on Kharkiv, Ukraine’s second-largest city just over 20 kilometers from the Russian border, and on nearby settlements.
  • At around 11:30 a.m., two Russian glide bombs struck a high-rise residential building and a civilian enterprise, trapping people under rubble and igniting a fire.
