After Turbulence and Turnover, Ohio Teachers Lands Executive Director
After multiple resignations, audits, and state investigations, the Ohio State Teachers Retirement System has appointed a new permanent executive director.The $95.3 billion pension announced that Steven Toole will join Ohio State Teachers in July. The former manager of North Carolina’s public pensions replaces Aaron Hood, who has served in the role on an interim basis since late last year.
On Friday, the hearing officer of the Council of State ruled in favour of the cancellation of the appointment of Cristina Amboldi as head of the Brussels employment agency, Actiris, considering that the selection procedure had failed to be impartial.
